About Our Firm Founded in 2012 by the late Douglas R. Lally, a respected bankruptcy attorney, and Min Hwan Ahn, an immigration attorney, our firm has built a strong reputation for legal excellence. We were later joined by Stanley Sinowitz, a civil litigator with 50+ years of experience, and in 2024, Yannan Shen, who specializes in EB-5 and international investment law. We proudly serve diverse communities, resolving over 2,000 immigration cases and many others in civil, criminal, and family law. We honor Mr. Lally’s legacy through integrity-driven, client-focused legal service.
